Can you service my yard while I'm at work?
Yes. Just make sure we can get through the gate. We'll close and latch it and text you a photo when we're done.
I have more than one dog. Is that okay?
Absolutely. Your quote is based on how many dogs you have and the size of your yard.
How does gate access work?
Share your gate code or access details when you sign up. We keep them private and send a photo of your closed gate after every visit.
Is the deodorizer safe for pets and kids?
We use pet-safe products. Keep pets and kids off treated turf until it dries.
Am I locked into anything?
No. Pawscriptions are month to month, and you can pause or cancel anytime.
Do you come to my neighborhood?
We serve Pasadena, South Pasadena, San Marino, Alhambra, Altadena, Eagle Rock, Highland Park, and nearby areas. Not sure? Ask us.
Do you offer overnight pet sitting?
No. We do daytime visits only: feeding, check-ins, and companionship.
What pets do you care for?
Dogs, cats, reptiles, and other critters for pet visits. Walks and waste pickup are for dogs.
